EyeContent will not be held liable for any late or incorrect client material or client detail submissions. 1) Order Acceptance: This constitutes immediate acknowledgement and acceptance of your order for the selected EyeContent KE package or solution.
2) Prices & Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice in accordance with the payment terms specified on your order. Production or service delivery will commence upon receipt of payment.
3) Delivery of Service: Upon receipt of your order, our team immediately begins planning and delivering your selected package. We aim to provide the quickest, most efficient, high-quality service possible. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the type of package selected, the complexity of the project, and the timely submission of all required content, branding materials, approvals and client feedback.
4) Package Completion & Monthly Services: For one-time packages, this Agreement is fulfilled upon completion and delivery of the agreed package and deliverables. For monthly packages, this Agreement shall operate on a rolling annual term and may only be terminated by either party upon providing a minimum of three (3) months' prior written notice before the commencement of the next renewal period. During the notice period, EyeContent KE shall continue to deliver all services included within the Client's selected package, and the Client shall remain responsible for payment of all applicable fees relating to services rendered throughout the notice period. Once production or service delivery has commenced, all payments made are non-refundable.
